FRESH CURD is available at the Wilton Cheese Factory Store every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We also have hot pepper curd on occasion.
Aside from a variety of cheddar cheese, we have a small selection of imported cheese. We carry sundry items; crackers, fudge, tarts, cookies, soft drinks, honey , Bell Candy & Humbugs, a small selection of meats and more!

Since 1867 (the year Canada became a country), the Wilton Cheese Factory operated as a Farmer’s Cooperative until it was purchased by the Jensen family in 1979. The Wilton Cheese Factory and Jensen Cheese are divisions of A.M. Jensen Limited, a family-run business with the Jensen Cheese location in Simcoe, Ontario. The Jensen family takes pride in offering quality artisanal products and friendly services since 1925.
